Arrival at Finca Limón

We generally recommend that our guests hire a car at the airport, as our finca is a little out of the way, but of course you can do without.

From there by train:

Pizarra can be easily reached by train from the airport in around 35 minutes. We will be happy to pick you up at the train station in Pizarra and take you to Finca Limón, about 1.5 km away. Trains run almost every hour on weekdays and almost every 2 hours at weekends.

Pizarra ist mit dem Zug vom Flughafen aus in etwa 35 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir holen Sie gerne am Bahnhof in Pizarra ab und bringen Sie zur Finca Limón, die etwa 1,5 km entfernt liegt. Die Züge fahren an Wochentagen fast stündlich und am Wochenende fast alle 2 Stunden.

Simply enter "Aeropuerto" as the departure point (Origen) for the airport and "Pizarra" as the destination (Destination/ Destino). You will then be shown the times with a change in "Málaga- Victoria Kent".

By bus:

The nearest bus stop is around 300 meters from Finca Limón. From here, buses run to Pizarra, Álora and Málaga, as well as to the beach in the summer months.

Airport transfer/taxi:

For an extra charge, we can of course also organize an airport transfer. Cabs are of course also available at the airport.

By car:

For excursions and tours, we definitely recommend a rental car - these are available directly at the airport at (seasonally varying) very reasonable rates. You can be at Finca Limón in 30 minutes by car.

Short directions:

If you are traveling by car, Finca Limón is quite easy to find. First of all, drive to Pizarra (no matter which way you take). Once there, there are two traffic circles on the main road. One is at the petrol station - but it doesn't matter, just drive straight on. You will find the other one at the exit of Pizarra. At this traffic circle, take the Álora exit, then follow the road (A-343) towards Álora for approx. 1.5 km. At the side of the road there are small green signs indicating the kilometers. Between km 50 and 49 you will see some houses on the left-hand side. This is the suburb "Barriada Hipólito" with the street "Calle Hipólito", which most navigation systems also find. After the first few houses in this mini-village, there is a bus stop, a glass container and a "deceleration hub" on the right-hand side. Turn right at this and after approx. 300 m you will come straight to Finca Limón. And there you are :)

You can park on the property. You will find the entrance for the cars by driving around the property and through the gate at the back.
